Job Description

In the Cross-Border Unit we support our customers by communicating with them directly over the phone and via email and behind the scenes by monitoring and analysing our processes to ensure a seamless customer journey. In addition, our employees play an active role in developing our products and in thinking of how Bigbank could be branded and represented in Cross-Border countries (DE, AT, NL).

How you'll spend your day:

  • You will advise our customers via email and phone.
  • You will monitor the portfolio to identify possible issues and solve them proactively.
  • You will be involved in developing improvements of our services.
  • You will be creating content to increase the brand awareness and trustworthiness in our Cross-Border countries.
  • You are able to work both individually and with/within a team.

Requirements

  • You are fluent in both verbal and written English and German.
  •  You have very good communication skills.
  •  You are tech savvy and know your way around basic computer applications.
  •  You are inspired to try and use new technologies and tools.
  •  You are able to work both individually and with team.
