• Provide reference support to all global bids.
• Identify and research suitable references, seek approvals, and provide evidence material to bid teams.
• Seek approvals, coordinate, and arrange for reference calls, site visits.
• Work in liaison with the Account management team to update account profiles at regular intervals.
• On-boarding and training to Account management, Sales and Bid management teams
• Manage reference library of citable client lists and logos for the company.
• Day to day interaction with Account Management, Bid Management, and Sales Teams located globally.
• Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with Sales and Account Managers.
• Create and deliver monthly reports and metrics to highlight the reference programs activities and growth.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in customer references and/or public relations, knowledge management, market research.
• Created press releases, white papers, and case studies.
• Experience managing appropriate reference software/tools is desirable but not mandatory.
• Professional and dynamic with the ability to network and establish relationships with customers.
• Ability to work well across various internal teams/departments and geographies.
