Customer Accounts Administrator (3-5 months contract)

Job Description

• Primary tasks are to check if our company holds the most up-to-date records of our customers in our internal systems.
• Detect, correct and escalate errors or inconsistencies in already existing records in order to actively contribute towards 'database integrity'.
• Handle database upload and maintenance tasks such as adding and modifying various data.
• Advise existing customers of data or documents are missing and upload provided into the database.
• Must comply with high accuracy levels, independency, pro-activeness, responsibility, sense of urgency and reliability in order to ensure the correct application of standard configurations, as well as security and control policies for specific customers, countries and regions.

Requirements

• Ability to relate well cross-culturally and cross-functionally in order to perform responsibilities which are dependent on external input.
• Business acumen and analytical mind in order to make decisions when dealing with different exceptional setups.
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Team player, procedure oriented, ability to follow instructions, procedures and deadlines.
• Thorough, detail oriented, ability to multitask.
• Strong English skills

Company offers

You will be joining a growing team for a period of 3-5 months after which (depending on your results) there is a possibility to move to a permanent role with the company.
