Communicate with customers & authorities (solving issues, responding to requests, requesting documents)
Communicate with 3rd parties if needed (lawyers, bailiffs, etc.)
Prepare documents (contracts, POAs, etc.)
Handle incoming e-mails (directed to the Customer Support team address)
Manage ticketing system
Entry metadata to digital documents in a digital repository
