Customer Project Coordinator

We are looking for a colleague, to take on CUP² (Customer Project Process, formerly Large Order) coordinator role. As a part of Sales team member of the global CUP² team, You would be responsible for the central coordination of large customer projects across all levels in sales and the supply chain.

• Coordination with all process members with the target to evaluate, manage, and deliver CUP² projects successfully and expediently
• Preparation of project specific decisions regarding potential material preparation / pre-production
• Proactive and reactive handling of issues alongside the whole process chain
• Clarification of potential bottlenecks within project BOM, optimization towards high availability products
• Provide status reporting on the progress of allocated CUP² projects
  
  

• Degree in a logistical or economic field or professional experience in the areas of sales, supply chain or cross-functional work
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical and conceptional thinking
• Self-sufficiency and problem-solving skillsets
• Good knowledge level of Microsoft Office products
• English language skills (B2)
