Job Description
Manage administrative tasks related to patient onboarding, reimbursement authorisation, and documentation processing.
Communicate with health insurance companies, physicians, and patients to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflows.
Create and maintain accurate customer data records in CRM systems, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
Validate and process customer-related documentation, such as prescriptions and training confirmations, with precision and confidentiality.
Monitor and update order statuses, shipment details, and invoicing information to maintain timely and accurate processing.
Collaborate with internal teams to verify information, troubleshoot issues, and support other business lines as needed.
Requirements
You are proficient in German and English, with a minimum B2 level in both languages.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
You have excellent organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail.
You bring a strong ability to collaborate with others and drive results.
You demonstrate problem-solving skills by working independently and in cooperation with other teams.
You have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
You are able to interpret reports and follow documentation such as procedure manuals, operating instructions, and safety rules.
You have previous experience in Operations, Customer Support, or Data Management, which is considered a plus.
