Join us as a Customer Service Representative!

  • Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:
  • Represent international airlines and experience the mood of traveling with us;
  • Be the first contact via phone and email after passengers lose their luggage;
  • Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues!

Requirements

  • Great English skills (at least C1 level or higher);
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening;
  • Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt and respond to change;
  • Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience – you believe that customers deserve more than just support.

Company offers

  • Start working from January 8th from Kaunas office and choose the best workload for you - full-time, 0.8, 0.75, 0.6 or 0.5;
  • Opportunity to choose work type: office or hybrid (the requirement is to work from the office for at least two days a week);
  • Various work schedule: department works I-VII, 10:00- 22:00;
  • 1-week training course that will introduce you to the specifics of the job in Kaunas office from 09:00 - 17:30;
