Orders Handling : efficiently manage the entire order process, including order entry, confirmation with the factory, monitoring delivery progress, responding to customer inquiries, transport planning, resolving issues promptly, issuing invoices, and processing claims.
Utilize SAP and other relevant software applications to effectively manage customer orders and track interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams and colleagues across the globe to address customer needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and procedures to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
