Job Description

  • Orders Handling : efficiently manage the entire order process, including order entry, confirmation with the factory, monitoring delivery progress, responding to customer inquiries, transport planning, resolving issues promptly, issuing invoices, and processing claims.
  • Utilize SAP and other relevant software applications to effectively manage customer orders and track interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and colleagues across the globe to address customer needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and procedures to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recording customer information.

  • Knowledge of SAP application is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Lithuanian and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus (Estonian , Latvian).
