CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

Get ready to:

• develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty;
• help our clients to make right decisions in terms of product selection;
• identify and solve problems in purchasing process and report it to the relevant department;
• help clients track their orders and communicate with logistics partner (if need be).

We expect you to:

• feel love for a skincare industry as we do;
• have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
• be able to figure out and solve problems quickly;
• understand customers needs and improve retention rate;
• be fluent in English (knowing Swedish would be a huge advantage);
• be able to work independently as well as a part of a small team.
