Customer Support Specialist (Evening Shift)

Job Description

Managing customer inquiries across multiple support channels and ensuring timely, high-quality responses;
Troubleshooting customer issues related to platform functionality, payments, refunds, cancellations, and general product usage;
Providing accurate solutions while following internal procedures and customer support guidelines;
Collaborating with Development and Marketing teams on technical or complex customer cases;
Documenting customer feedback and escalating issues when needed;
Contributing to customer support process improvements, including automations, knowledge base updates, macros, and workflow optimization.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar customer-facing role;
Professional English skills (C1 level or higher);
Ability and willingness to work night shifts from 17:00 to 01:00 AM Lithuanian time;
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to helping customers;
Experience working with customer support tools, automations, workflows, or platforms such as Intercom would be considered an advantage.
