Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating quickly and efficiently with customers;
  • Providing excellent customer service via live chat and email;
  • Ensuring proper monitoring and control of platform security;
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve user queries.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
  • Experience in customer support or related functions;
  • Passion for providing an excellent customer experience;
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure;
  • A team player who works effectively in a collaborative environment;
  • Eagerness to contribute to the development and improvement of work processes;
  • Availability to work assigned evening shifts 16:00 to 00:00 on various days of the week, including weekends.
