Act as a super user for various customer solutions including self-service systems, tracking applications, and returns tools.
Responsible for creating and updating solution materials, manuals, and training information.
Actively participate in the change management process, initiating improvements where necessary.
Establish and monitor success KPIs to ensure optimal use of customer systems and awareness of new features.
Provide consultations to internal and external stakeholders on services, relevant processes, and application topics.
Reikalavimai
2-3 years of experience in managing products or projects, preferably in IT domain.
Basic understanding of software development nature.
Experience in developing training materials and manuals and conducting training sessions.
Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Capable of presenting information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Skilled in assessing situations, identifying problems, and finding effective solutions.
A strong sense of duty and ownership over assigned tasks and products.
