For servicing our various major Scandinavian clients from Vilnius, we are looking for language and IT professionals to offer top level customer support.
 Your primary task will be analysing incoming user level incidents on phone or through ticketing system. You will be solving incidents on the first call, or gathering and forwarding relevant information to resolvergroups with the required capabilities. You will also have other related tasks, and have a chance to expand your troubleshooting skills. In practice this will be when investigating causes for breakdown in IT services, supplemented with the possibility of expanding your theoretical knowledge by taking relevant certificates.

Reikalavimai

Education: Intermediate or better proficiency in Danish & English Preferred Experience in:
  • Customer Service
  • General IT
  • Call handling
  • Windows XP and 7
  • Microsoft Office and Exchange
  • Active Directory
  • Citrix Environments
