Data analyst in process mining

As a Data Analyst (Process Mining & AI), you will play a key technical role in implementing and scaling process mining solutions across financial operations. This role focuses on working directly with data models, dashboards, and process insights to identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with project leadership and stakeholders across different countries to translate business requirements into technical solutions and reduce reliance on external consultants.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain technical data models used in Process Mining solutions.
• Develop and enhance process mining dashboards based on business requirements.
• Work with SQL and PQL to transform and validate data.
• Support data integration and transformation across multiple systems.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical data solutions.
• Improve existing data models and dashboards.
• Support implementation of Process Mining platforms (e.g., Celonis).
• Contribute to automation and AI-supported process improvement initiatives.

• 2-5 years of technical experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Process Mining.
• Hands-on experience with Process Mining tools.
• SQL skills.
• Experience working with data models and dashboards.
• Understanding of data transformation workflows.
• Fluency in English.
