Job Description

DC Team Lead organizes uninterrupted provision of IT services inside Companie Group with the help of internal and external service providers. DC Team Lead carries out purchases of IT services and equipment, participates in related IT projects. He/She is also responsible for management of the company's IT support operations, coordination and implementation of infrastructure improvement projects.

Tasks:

• Organization of the continuous provision of IT services through internal and external service providers;


• Implementation of IT infrastructure and cyber security development projects;


• Management of IT service providers;


• Procurement of IT services, equipment and budget management.


• IT cost, value and risk analysis, submission and implementation of proposals to ensure the efficient use of IT resources.

Requirements

• Degree in information technology, telecommunications, electronics or business management;


• At least 3-5 years of work experience in the field of IT services;


• Knowledge of IT and business processes.


• IT infrastructure knowledge and technological experience;


• Deep ITIL knowledge, good understanding of how the Service Desk service works;


• Knowledge of English and Russian (at the level of an experienced user);


• Experience in the administration of IT systems would be an advantage


• ERP, WMS, BI, MES, HRMS, CRM, etc. experience in organizing solution implementation, project management would be an advantage.
