We now have a great opportunity for a Senior Data Engineer to our group Data & Analytics team in Vilnius. I am Magnus Dahlbäck, the leader of our team of Data Engineers, and I am looking for a talented Data Engineer to help us build new, awesome analytical products for customers across all countries of Telia Company

To succeed, we need to shorten time to insight and build even more reliable analytical data products. This is where we need your help.

You enjoy your coding, but also set a high software engineering standard. You are also able to think long-term and create good data pipeline architectures.

Your Experience:
- Extensive experience as software developer with solid software engineering skills
- Extensive experience from coding in Java, Scala or Python
- Good understanding of DevOps and agile software development principles
- Experience from Big Data technologies (e.g. Spark) or Data Warehouse development is meriting
- Experience from Big Data technologies (e.g. Spark and Kafka) and Data Warehouse development is meriting
- Experience from Apache Airflow and common CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins and Maven is meriting.
- Experience from microservices, container (e.g. Kubernetes) and cloud (e.g. AWS, GCP) technologies is meriting
- Degree in Computer Science or similar field
- Fluent in English

We offer a monthly base salary from 2862 EUR - 4293 EUR gross per month depending on your experience. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefit package which includes:
