Job Description

• management of the department providing service support to the departments of pharmaceutical development: physicochemical, mass spectrometric and biological research, development of the composition of API and SFF, ensuring viral safety, etc.;


• building up effective cross-functional interaction between the departments that are part of the department;


• strategic and operational management of the department's activities;


• budgeting of the department, cost optimization;


• planning of material and technical equipment of the department;


• revision/optimization of the structure of the department to ensure its effective work;


• team management and staff motivation;


• participation in writing/revising SOPs, policies, orders;


• participation in internal and external audits.

Requirements

• higher chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnological education;


• at least 5 years of experience in managerial positions at a pharmaceutical company;


• high level of organizational skills;


• high level of sociability;


• ability to prioritize and defend one's position reasonably;


• fluency in English will be an advantage


• knowledge of the main regulatory legal and industry requirements in the Russian Federation, EAEU and EU countries, EMA;


• knowledge of ICH, GLP, GXP standards.
