Deputy Site Manager | Monday to Friday

• a responsible position in a large-scale military infrastructure project;

Working hours: Monday to Friday, full time.

Working place: Rūdninkai military campus, Šalčininkai District, Lithuania

• experience in construction projects and strong site coordination skills;
• the ability to make decisions independently and coordinate daily site operations;
• experience managing subcontractors, schedules, logistics, and work progress;
• the ability to monitor construction quality and ensure defects are rectified;
• the ability to track project schedules, compare planned vs. actual progress, and control project scope;
• German – C1 level; good written and spoken English;
• construction technician qualification or equivalent;
• MS Project skills and a Category B driving licence;
• knowledge of Lithuanian construction processes; Lithuanian construction certification and military-sector experience are an advantage.

• coordinating daily operations on a large construction site;
• managing subcontractors, schedules, deadlines, and site logistics;
• monitoring construction quality and compliance with project requirements;
• communicating with the client;
• deputising for the Site Manager and taking operational leadership when required;
• supporting project progress reporting, documentation, and change management.
