Job Description

Do you have a talent for writing a creative content on social media channels? Would you consider yourself as a good project manager, who can handle various clients at the same time and have never missed the deadlines? Do you feel confident at creating social media or digital communication strategy from scratch? Do you know how to set up and optimise various Facebook Ads or Linkedin Ads campaigns?  If the answer is yes to all the above, look no further and join our digital communication team!

Your team:you will work in the Digital team, which consists of 5 members: 2 digital communication project managers, junior digital communication project manager, designer and head of digital communication.


  • Keep in touch with numerous clients daily and ensure that all projects are run smoothly and within the agreed terms;
  • Collaborate with our design and management teams;
  • Develop and implement social media strategies for our clients, plan campaigns and create written content daily;
  • Set up Facebook or Linkedin ads campaigns (if you know Google ads it‘s a big plus);
  • Follow the newest trends in digital marketing and social media;
  • Bring new ideas to the table; experiment, iterate, and perfect;
  • Present ideas, plans and execution strategy to clients and wider delivery agency team.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital communication or social media management, preferably working for an agency;
  • Proficiency in Lithuanian and English languages (both written and spoken);
  • Strong managing skills (time management, planning, multitasking);
  • Solid experience of Facebook Ads and Linkedin Ads;
  • Experience in working with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin and TikTok;
  • Creative thinker, capable of developing digital campaign ideas that benefit the client brand as well as engages users;
  • Knowledge of social media strategy development;
  • Have an editorial lens and be able to create and manage a content calendar.
