  • Oversee scope, planning, budgeting, definition, and initiation of various digital channel innovation projects to implement IKI's digital strategy
  • Analyze digital project requirements, prepare schedule, detailed plans to monitor milestones and KPI of each project
  • Deliver web-based projects and digital solutions according to project guideline and consultation with BILLA CEE and IT department
  • Lead customer data platform implementation, automating the customer experience across the full channel mix; conventional store experience and digital channel
  • Develop IKI website to be aligned with digital marketing strategies as well as overall business goals and positioning direction
  • Develop customer mobile application that digest the changes of customers' buying habits
  • Responsible for customer side IT development as primary contact for integration
  • Manage digital campaigns along with timeline to drive customers to IKI's digital platform, including improving the design, UX, traffic, and contents throughout all digital platforms
  • Detailed knowledge of data planning and strategy creation, including creating and presenting exceptional data-led strategies, that resonate with customers, drive trade, and meet broader corporate objectives
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in working with a content management system (WordPress, Kontent.io), Google Analytics, HTML, MS programs
  • Proven experience (more than 3 years) in digital project management
  • Experience in leading projects and project-management, bringing various stakeholders together and managing agency teams. Ability to translate complex requirements into tasks and deliverables
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent knowledge of the programmatic media landscape. Technical experience working with e-Commerce platforms, Google, Meta and ATL media agencies
  • Knowledge in IT or graphic program would be a great advantage
  • Ability to seek for synergies and clearly formulate complex ideas and requests to local management
  • Creativity, initiative, ability to work in a team and adapt to a highly dynamic environment
  • Constant interest in digital technologies, solutions and trends
  • Experience in working to a budget to achieve commercial goals
  • University degree
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
