Director of Product Design, Frontend Technologies (Limited-time Relocation Bonus)

As the Director of Product Design for the Frontend Technologies Domain, you will establish the foundation that enables high-quality experiences across all aspects of Vinted user experience. Your mandate is to increase the quality of the global UI for tens of millions of members. You will share accountability over domain’s success with your Engineering & Data Science counterparts, building foundational technical capabilities to balance developer velocity with an exceptional end-user experience.

• Increase internal tool quality and delivery efficiency
• Ensure that our services comply with accessibility regulations
• Increase impactfulness and quality of Vinted UI
• Maintain a high performing and engaged team, make timely, high-quality decisions concerning priority setting and resource allocation.

• An exceptional level of craft leadership, holding a consistently high bar for end-to-end quality and autonomously setting the product's visual strategy
• Proven experience leading design infrastructure, design systems, and frontend technologies at scale
• Track record of leading organizational change, comfortably adapting team structures and processes to meet evolving business needs
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple teams or a domain, including coaching managers and senior individual contributors
• Are an excellent communicator, capable of articulating complex design and technical trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders
