What you will do
Facilitates the development and documentation of Disaster Recovery Plans for BU applications hosted in a data center. Ensures DR planning adheres to the policies, standards, guidelines and quality assurance requirements for disaster recovery and validates recovery capabilities through regular DR rehearsals.
How you will do it
* Coordinate the implementation of disaster recovery plans for all production environments hosted in a data center. Ensure disaster recovery planning and maintenance tool is used consistently and is kept up-to-date with information required to successfully recover the BU applications.
* Oversee recovery plan development and maintenance by BU IT application owners.
* Coordinate annual rehearsal(s) for the data center to include the appropriate infrastructure, application and business unit resources.
* Ensure disaster recovery is included in project planning tools and procedures including all upgrades and life¬ cycle refreshes for all hardware and software.
* Coordinate issue tracking and remediation plans following each rehearsal. Validates capacity requirements for disaster recovery rehearsal.
* Ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside/ outside the company and to interact with teams to reach goals and business objectives.

What we look for
* 4 year university degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or other associated technical field
* 5+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure, data center services, or application development
* 3 years Disaster Recovery/Business Resumption Planning experience is required Experience with managing business relationships
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency with English
* The successful incumbent in this position will have extensive knowledge and experience in data center DR implementation.
Preferred
* Experience and/or understanding of Business Continuity is strongly desired.

Salary compensation starting from 1800 EUR/month gross (plus a monthly bonus) based on relevant experience.
