• Own the email marketing strategy– plan, create, and manage lifecycle and promotional campaigns (abandoned cart, upsells, product updates, newsletters).
• Drive revenue growth– optimize email performance to increase conversions and revenue contribution.
• Write and create engaging emails– strong copywriting is key; conversion-focused experience is a big plus.
• Manage technical setup– handle platform configuration, automation flows, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Analyze & optimize– track performance, test improvements, and turn insights into action.
• Collaborate across teams– work closely with product, marketing and developers. Ability to move fast, execute campaigns smoothly and familiarity with design tools is a big advantage.
• Move fast & iterate– quickly test new ideas, angles, and formats using AI and modern tools.

• At least a few year of experience in email marketing or a similar role (D2C, SaaS product experience is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Omnisend etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ownership mindset — you like being responsible for results.
