What You Will Do?

• Develop and execute the employer branding strategy to attract top talent, including the creation of compelling employee value propositions.
• Manage and curate a positive and authentic employer brand image across various channels, including social media, career websites, etc.
• Implement internal and external communication plans that align with the company’s values and purpose.
• Organize and oversee internal events and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Create and distribute content, including press releases, blog posts, and video content.
• Develop employee engagement initiatives to drive CyberCare culture;
• Lead and manage a dedicated team of communication and event colleagues, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them excel in their roles

• 2+ years of experience working in Marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field
• Confidence in sharing stories with media and rock-solid knowledge of social media channels;
• Experience in executing employer branding strategy and campaigns;
• Experience in organizing internal events and initiatives.
• Proactivity and problem-solving approach;
• Time planning skills and setting priorities to make things happen in a fast-paced environment;
• Sense of ownership and commitment;
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both verbally and in writing.
