Job Description

We are looking for a colleague, who would join the HR team and help us to establish an end-to-end strategy for identifying, recruiting, and educating the right talent within the Ignitis Group for growing needs of Ignitis Renewables, with a specific focus on onshore, offshore roles and power-to-X (in the future). 

This initiative aims to identify and bridge competency gaps in the group, enhance employee skills, and prepare individuals to assume various roles within the renewable energy sector, incorporating a Talent Marketplace platform for efficient talent allocation. This comprehensive project will seamlessly integrate talent identification, development, and allocation through a Talent Marketplace, ensuring Ignitis Renewables and other group companies in later phases has a dynamic and adaptable workforce for sustainable growth.

Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

  • Talent Identification and Mapping: Conduct an in-depth analysis of the current talent pool, map competencies and skills required for specific positions in the renewable energy sector within the Ignitis Group
  • Competency Gap Analysis: Identify gaps in knowledge, skills, and experience that need to be addressed for successful role transition
  • Training Needs Assessment: Design and implement training programs to address competency gaps and ensure readiness for onshore and offshore roles
  • Customized Training Programs: Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external partners to design tailored training programs
  • Talent Marketplace Integration: Implement or expand (currently – Smart recruiters) a Talent Marketplace platform to efficiently match available talent with project requirements
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Integrate mentorship programs within the Talent Marketplace, connecting experienced professionals with emerging talents
  • Progress Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the talent development programs and Talent Marketplace
  • Succession Planning: Identify and groom high-potential individuals for leadership positions in the long term

Requirements

  • Have a university degree
  • Have experience in organizational transformations, cross-functional projects or program management roles
  • Are fluent in English
  • Feel good in uncertainty and have perfect organizational, collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrate credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows upward and downward
  • Have experience of working in a matrix organization and thrive in it
  • Have experience in the field of Learning and Development would be considered as an advantage
