Hilti Engineering Leadership Development Program — a one-of-a-kind management journey designed for civil, structural, or mechanical engineers. It offers a global touch and genuine responsibility right from the start.

What does the program involve?

Hilti Engineering Leadership Development Program is a two year program, where you’ll step out from a narrow expert career and will be involved in exciting projects, with lots of exposure to senior management.

Work on major construction projects, paired with top-notch training to elevate your career. As you grow, we'll provide the coaching for you to step into a leadership role at Hilti.

The program unfolds in three key stages:

• 12 months delving into the Hilti core business through a B2B direct sales role as an Account Manager or Field Engineer.
• 6 months on a Regional Marketing Project, stationed atregional headquarters in Prague, Czechia. This business development endeavor will tap into your technical background.
• 6 months on a Global Project at our head office in Schaan (Liechtenstein). Here, you'll gain global insights, headingthe development and management of individual productlines on a global scale.

Once you've settled into the business post the initial two years, brace yourself for an accelerated journey of development. The horizon expands with opportunities in engineering management, product development, or technical marketing.

What you need is:

• Master's degree — Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering
• Packed bags and mindset — geared for global career thrills
• Bilingual brilliance — English and Lithuanian
• Thriving on learning, mature, assertive, curious, dedicated
• Team player with A+ communication
• Driving license

Monthly gross salary - 2600 EUR - 3300 EUR; quarter bonus system and 3-level benefit packages.
