How You’ll Spend Your Day

Ensure safe and reliable operation of production equipment
Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance
Work with electrical systems, control systems, and industrial automation
Analyze root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
Carry out maintenance tasks and properly document completed work
Cooperate with other departments in solving technical issues
Ensure compliance with safety requirements and internal procedures

Your Skills and Experience

Higher or vocational engineering education
Strong knowledge of electrical systems
Good understanding of industrial automation (PLC or similar systems)
Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical documentation
Responsible, self-driven, and problem-solving mindset
Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
Lithuanian language and basic English (for technical documentation)
