Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimate reports (construction industry).
  • Present complex and detailed reports to management.
  • Explore documentation in order to gain a deep understanding of the project requirements.
  • Review and assess cost estimates.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Analytical, evaluative and objective critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, versed in MS Office products and other applicable software.
