Job Description

  • Participate in high-level management meetings and document meeting minutes.
  • Track and follow up on open tasks and action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Organize and maintain digital storage of key documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports to the international (INT) organization.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of country visits, including agenda alignment, communication with INT, protocol preparation, and collaboration with resorts.
  • Maintain regular communication with international colleagues to ensure alignment and information flow.
  • Draft and manage communications on behalf of the CMO.
  • Distribute tasks and responsibilities among resorts and ensure follow-through.
  • Keep internal and international collaboration platforms (e.g. OneNote, MS Teams, Tasks) up to date.
  • Support and participate in company events such as roundtrips, business trips and other strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Higher education.
  • Excellent organizational skills and structured way of working.
  • Excellent knowledge of German language.
  • Good English skills.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and Google programs.
  • Team player with a friendly and reliable attitude.
  • Proactivity and enthusiasm in the performance of challenging tasks.
  • Willingness to go on regular business trips.
