Expansion and property manager

• Site Identification & Evaluation, retail and RE market analysis and negotiations of new lease agreements with potential developers;
• Expansion Strategy & Market Development, identification of expansion possibilities based on priorities;
• Prospecting of new stores locations, act as the primary interface for incoming property proposals and expansion opportunities;
• Project Coordination & Cross‑Functional Leadership, coordinate and structure potential projects based on legal, financial and technical feasibility requirements;
• Location search and evaluate financial feasibility of new projects, including ROI, NPV, payback period, and risk assessments;
• Support in property acquisition, lease agreement negotiations, portfolio development and project development process;
• Gain new expansion ideas and monitor key financial and operational property KPIs and initiate improvement actions as required;
• Oversee all lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, amendments, and end-of-term negotiations
