Finance Controler

You will be responsible for overseeing financial performance, managing regular reporting alongside business insights, ensuring compliance (including annual audits), and monitoring the company's financial health. The role will involve close collaboration with the Group's CFO (on consolidation, reporting, and business performance tracking) and the company's management.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee financial and accounting operations of the company (accounting is outsourced);
• Prepare, evaluate, and report on the company's monthly financial performance and business trends, including profitability and ad hoc analysis (reporting to the Group & company management);
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including the revision of monthly variances;
• Verify and ensure the accuracy and consistency of all financial and operational data;
• Actively monitor operational cash flow trends and assess cash needs;
• Ensure smooth collaboration with the Group on various financial matters;
• Work closely with the Managing Director, the Group and other departments to support the company's growth.

• A degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field with knowledge of accounting standards (preferably IFRS).
• 3-5 years of professional experience in financial control or analysis, preferably in the logistics, SaaS sector or Big4.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial modeling and control, with strong analytical, forecasting, and evaluation skills, including experience handling large data sets.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel;
• Fluent in professional English, both spoken and written;
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured in your approach to work;
• Ability to work independently, be proactive, and take ownership of tasks;
