Finance Director

Every day you will:
• Take full responsibility for financial management and control across the business, including revenues, payments, cash flow and financial risks.
• Plan, manage and monitor the budget, ensuring financial discipline and transparency.
• Prepare and analyse P&L reports, daily revenue reports, and share clear insights with the management team.
• Ensure cost control, analyse financial performance and contribute to process improvements.
• Lead and support a finance team of around 10 people, helping them work efficiently and grow professionally.
• Work closely with the General Director, contributing to strategic decisions and the development of financial processes.
