Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate finance manager to work directly under the supervision of Head of Finance. You will be delivering your expertise providing analytics for budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting, and monthly business reporting. You will be acting as the liaison between the team, business unit and regional finance teams. You will be a leading stakeholder in onboarding and training of new joiners.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strong understanding of financial processes and systems; outstanding knowledge of data analysis, data mining tools including data warehouse applications, MS Access, MS Excel, and other query and reporting tools
  • Strong management / execution skills; proven track record of delivering quality results
  • Ability to establish good relationships; drives long lasting change across functional boundaries; ability to work with all levels within the organization
  • Strong business acumen; understands operational impacts on financial processes
  • Fundamental knowledge of productivity and profitability analysis
  • Understanding of Company policies, philosophy, goals and objectives in order to affect financial oversight in protecting the company’s assets.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role within international environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or similar field
  • Experience with Dynamics365 (D365) or other large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI dashboards
  • Knowledge of various finance areas such as cost analysis, plan development, variance explanations, and period end closing procedures
  • Experience with creating and updating budgeting models
  • Ability to follow and interpret profit and loss statements
  • Full professional proficiency in written and oral English.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and conflict management skills, with the ability and confidence to operate at senior levels with company stakeholders
  • Ability to challenge with solutions, proactive and driving
  • Curious and collaborative
