A curious, detail-oriented researcher who can dig into financial products and turn scattered information into clear, usable insight. Your research becomes the foundation every script is built on - without it, there's no video. As part of a small team, you'll have real ownership over the quality and depth of the content that reaches our audience.

• Research financial products in depth - features, pricing, terms, and how they compare to alternatives
• Dig into what real users want to know before choosing a product: their questions, doubts, and deciding factors
• Gather credible evidence and data points (reviews, ratings, comparisons, testing) that make the content trustworthy and specific, not vague
• Identify honest pros and cons - including real drawbacks, not just selling points
• Research competitors to enable fair, accurate comparisons
• Test tools and products hands-on where relevant
• Turn all your research into a clear, organized document that scriptwriters use directly to write scripts for our YouTube finance channel
• Keep an eye on trends, competitor content, and audience discussions for new content ideas

• An analytical mindset - comfortable with research, data, or investigative work
• Genuine interest in financial products and how people make decisions
• Strong research skills - able to find, verify, and organize information from multiple sources
• Good written English and the ability to present findings clearly for others to use
• Attention to detail and a knack for spotting what's actually relevant
• Comfort working with financial topics and explaining them simply
• A proactive, independent working style, well suited to a small, fast-moving team
• A pragmatic attitude toward AI and other tools - using them to work smarter and faster while maintaining a high bar for quality
