Ability to work independently and manage your own time
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficiency in English and Lithuanian (spoken and written), and Russian (spoken).
Responsibilities:
Preparing and publishing job advertisements
Conducting phone interviews and assessing candidates
Organizing job interviews with suitable candidates
Entering and maintaining data in CRM systems / Manage recruiting databases
Collaborate with BRIGG global HR team
What We Offer:
Work Type: Freelance / Remote
Salary: negotiable based on experience and results start from 1653 EUR bruto (hourly rate or per hired candidate)
