• Bring AI tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot into your daily workflow to ship better work, faster.
• Work side by side with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to turn business goals into things people can actually use.

• Proven experience of building with React and TypeScript.
• A real performance mindset 1 you notice what's slow and you know how to fix it.
• Comfort with modern web stacks like Next.js and headless CMS setups.
• Strong problem-solving instincts and the patience to dig into the "why".
