Front-end Guild Lead

Get Ready To

• Maintain frontend engineering guidelines and standards together with other members of the guild.
• Nurture a community of frontend engineers via workshops, brown-bag sessions and hackathons.
• Support and mentor other teams via code reviews, pair programming and design reviews.
• Drive professional development of frontend engineers by maintaining learning paths and providing tailored recommendations.
• Foster a culture of documentation and knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Write clean code that serves as an example to others.

We Expect You To

• Have at least 3 years of experience working with React, Gatsby or NextJS.
• Have experience working with Redux, Redux-Saga, Styled-Components, Firebase and Typescript.
• Have experience and knowledge of RESTful API’s (or GraphQL).
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Love helping people grow.
• Have no fear of failing.
• Never kill the vibe.

Location

Work from anywhere. We have offices in the major Lithuanian cities – Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda – but in case you can’t think of what pants to wear today, waiting for your cat’s food to be delivered, or casually chilling in Tenerife – gotcha. Meet you at the Zoom party.
