Fund Accounting Supervisor (Financial Statements team)

Review financial statements in accordance with local and industry-specific accounting standards (LUX, NL, UK GAAPs)

• Coordinate with accountants to obtain, validate and analyse underlying data used in financial statement preparation
• Maintain and update financial statement templates in line with regulatory changes and client-specific requirements
• Deliver accurate and high-quality financial reports to clients worldwide
• Monitor and manage financial statement production timelines to ensure timely delivery and adherence to deadlines
• Coordinate and oversee the filing of annual accounts with relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements
• Act as a key contact for other Citco teams/client queries related to financial statements, collaborating effectively with other team members, managers, colleagues, and counterparties in a professional and proactive manner
• Support and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and standardisation within the team
• Provide guidance and on-the-job support to junior team members, as applicable

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in financial statement preparation and/or review
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive and analytical mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Nice to have

• Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP, or NL GAAP) is an advantage

• Salary Ranges 2660 – 3580 EUR GROSS
