Job Description

• Plan and manage production schedules/timelines


• Track the progress of each Game team


• Help teams with time management and milestones


• Manage resources (form new teams, plan hiring of new members if needed)


• Curate meetings between Strategy team and Game teams


• Solve problems related to deadlines and resource management


• Report the state of production to Strategy team and the whole company


• Plan finances (know current and estimated costs of each product).

Requirements

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a team/department manager or related role


• Have experience with project management software and/or diverse project management methodologies


• Have excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple concurrent projects


• Demonstrate solid organizational skills and highly efficient time management


• Have a proven ability to grow, guide, inspire and produce growing development teams


• Have excellent interpersonal skills, and empathy for creative teams


• Advantage: Have experience in planning and delivering cost-effective results.
