Perform timely monthly intercompany account reconciliations
Identify and resolve intercompany discrepancies and out-of-balance conditions
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes
Document and implement standardized accounting procedures
Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
Support external audit requirements
Support the preparation and review of financial statements (prior experience in this area is a plus)
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS)
Communication with other teams regarding daily issue.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting
Full accounting knowledge
Preferred experience working with Business Central (former Microsoft Dynamics NAV) or Workday
Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-driven, initiative, problem-solving oriented person
Great communication skills.
