Job Description

Reporting to and partnering with the CEO of Fima Group, Group CFO will play a critical role in developing and implementing the strategy for Fima Group. As
a member of the senior leadership team of Fima Group, the CFO will be an advisor to Fima Group CEO and country directors, assisting them with their
financial plans and economic modeling.
Specific responsibilities include:

▪ Assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and Fima Group’s long-term strategy. Develop new or improve existing tools and
systems to provide critical past and especially forecast financial and operational information to the CEO and the shareholders and make actionable
recommendations on both strategy and operations.
▪ Oversee Group’s consolidated accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with appropriate accounting principles and statutory
requirements. Maintain internal control safeguards in the Group subsidiaries.
▪ Ensure timely and accurate reporting of consolidated Group management and statutory accounts to senior management, shareholders and banks.
• Manage cash flow forecasting. Develop a reliable P&L and cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism including rolling forecasts of P&L,
cash flow and utilization of project guarantee lines for the Group.
• Oversee budgeting and the implementation of budgets so as to monitor progress and present financial metrics to senior management and the
shareholders.
• Implement aligned financial processes and procedures in the subsidiaries, including Latvia, Poland and Belarus.

Team Management
• Manage and develop a direct team.
• Indirect reports include CFOs of Fima LT, PL, BR. Support, advise and mentor individual company CFOs.
• Guide larger, cross-country teams for special projects, e.g. implementation of a new accounting system.
Desired Skills & Experience

o Experience working with consolidated accounts
o Previous experience with multinational exposure
o Experience working in project based environment
o Knowledge of preparing company and board presentations and reports
o Russian and English language skills
o Open to travel when required
