Growth Marketing Manager – Ratepunk

At RatePunk, paid acquisition is our growth engine. Our web funnels — from quizzes and landing pages to pricing and checkout — turn that traffic into subscribers. How well they perform directly affects how far we can grow.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own web funnel performance, experimentation, and monetisation. You’ll turn customer insights into hypotheses, launch tests, and use the results to improve conversion and revenue. We also work with an AI-enabled design system, so you can create and ship design variations yourself and move quickly from an idea to a live test.

• Own web funnel performance— Take responsibility for conversion across our quizzes, landing pages, pricing and checkout. Find where people drop off and build a clear plan for improvement.
• Run our experimentation programme— Own the full process: hypothesis backlog, prioritisation, briefs, launch, analysis and verdict. Build a steady pipeline of meaningful tests and increase the pace of learning.
• Test what drives revenue— Experiment with pricing, packaging, offers and how we present them. Evaluate how changes affect both conversion and monetisation.
• Build funnels for different audiences— Create and improve funnels for paid, SEO, organic and email traffic, adapting the messaging and purchase journey to each audience’s intent. Develop new funnel concepts and localise them for different markets.
• Use AI to create and ship variants— Work with our design system and AI tools to produce design and copy variations, iterate on them, and bring finished test variants to launch.
• Turn results into shared learning— Analyse every test, make a clear call on the outcome, and maintain a learning library that helps the team make better decisions.
• Drive marketing initiatives forward— Take projects from idea to delivery, from funnel localisation to launches such as our WhatsApp agent. Write clear briefs for developers, coordinate implementation, and work with our Creative Lead to connect funnel insights with ad angles.

• Deep practical experience with A/B testing — you’ve run a high volume of performance tests and know how to prioritise hypotheses worth testing.
• Monetisation testing experience— you’ve run multiple pricing, packaging or offer tests and understand how to evaluate their impact on revenue.
• Hands-on AI fluency — you use AI extensively for design variations, copy and analysis, and can take an output through to a finished result ready to launch.
• Experience with testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, GrowthBook or split-URL setups, and analytics tools such as GA4 or Plausible.
• Strong analytical judgement — you can interpret test results, recognise their limitations and explain what the team should do next.
• The ability to coordinate technical work — you can write a clear development brief, discuss implementation with developers and understand the effort involved. You don’t need to code.
• A strong understanding of funnel psychology and pricing presentation — you can look at a page, identify a potential barrier to purchase, and turn it into a testable hypothesis.
• Strong English conversion copywriting and messaging judgement— you can write and critique headlines, hooks and page copy, and build hypotheses from customer insights.
