Job Description

  • Lead and manage accounting teams across the Baltics (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia)
  • Plan for and manage resource needs, recruitment, and team growth
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships while enhancing service quality
  • Evaluate, improve, and implement internal procedures to boost efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with local and group-level leadership on transformation and performance strategies
  • Stay up to date on regulatory changes and ensure full compliance across jurisdictions
  • Ensure alignment with Leinonens core values, policies, and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven team leadership and change management experience, ideally across multiple countries or offices
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of Latvian, Lithuanian, or Estonian is a strong plus)
  • Higher education in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable steps
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and people development
