Lead and manage accounting teams across the Baltics (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia)
Plan for and manage resource needs, recruitment, and team growth
Build and maintain long-term client relationships while enhancing service quality
Evaluate, improve, and implement internal procedures to boost efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with local and group-level leadership on transformation and performance strategies
Stay up to date on regulatory changes and ensure full compliance across jurisdictions
Ensure alignment with Leinonens core values, policies, and procedures
Requirements
Proven team leadership and change management experience, ideally across multiple countries or offices
Fluency in English (knowledge of Latvian, Lithuanian, or Estonian is a strong plus)
Higher education in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable steps
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and people development
