Job Description

  • setting up the office;
  • setting up and overseeing day-to-day operations of the office;
  • managing administrative budgets;
  • monitoring operating expenses;
  • hiring and training administrative staff;
  • negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors; 
  • representing the interests of the company when interacting with governmental entities (tax inspection, migration services, bank, etc.);
  • resolving legal issues;
  • resolving issues related to the relocation of new employees from other locations;
  • communicating with the administration of the business center / office;

Requirements

 Essential Skills and Experience:

  • degree in Economy, Law or equivalent;
  • 3+ years experience in a similar position (administrative / operational / executive director)
  • understanding of the legal field of Lithuania;
  • experience with budgets and formation of documents flow processes;
  • experience in hiring employees;
  • very good Russian language skills (both written and spoken)
  • good English language skills;
  • good communication and leadership skills;
  • flexibility and self-motivation.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • experience working in IT industry;
  • experience in starting a company and setting up the office.
