We are looking for a Head of B2B Public Division to join Telia Lithuania to lead our enterprise public sector segment, providing communications and IT services, infrastructure and cloud solutions as well as to head a team of 15 enterprise public sector account managers. The location of the position is Vilnius, Lithuania.
As a Head of B2B Public Division, you will…
As part of Telia Lithuania B2B team, you'll drive our business services sales engine for all public sector in Lithuania. Maintaining our market leader position and targeting ambitious goals of staying on the track of growing faster than market whilst ensuring the high customer satisfaction level.
In essence, your task will be to set the strategic direction for the enterprise public sector business segment, break down the set direction into a commercial and operational plan and, together with your sales team drive the implementation. Your responsibilities will be to grow IT/IoT and security business, maintain and grow mobility business in public segment as well as drive big and complex projects, such as NATO summit and similar.
As a Head of B2B Public Division, you have:
- >5 years of experience in sales and people management
- Experience in complex and large-scale projects with public sector
- Strategic vision with commercial and customer-centric mindset
- Solid leadership and collaboration skills
- Solid communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- High ethical standard and a values-driven work ethic
- University/college degree in Business or related field
- Proficiency in English and Lithuanian language.

Monthly salary range for this position: 6000 - 8000 EUR gross plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results.
