As the next Head of Commerce department, you will be the leader of:

5 category managers
3 eCommerce specialists
1 space planner
1 buying assistant
1 analyst

We’re looking for a leader of commerce department, whose responsibilities will include:

- Product assortment strategy management
- Team leadership
- Pricing policy development
- Retail market analysis by identifying different purchasing habits for each product category
- Development of e-commerce channel
- New product entry strategy
- Reviewal of KPI’s, long and short term goals of the team
- Ensuring and control of optimum stocks of the goods
- Private brands commercial strategy development

- A proven track record in managerial positions related to retail or wholesale sector
- Successful experience in FMCG or related product categories
- Experience in managing a team of highly skilled professionals and ability to take a strong leadership in strategy development
- Ability to motivate a team by showing the best practices of retail business processes
- Experience in new product launch process management and pricing policy development
- Retail market analysis experience and knowledge of customer needs identification processes
- Energy and enthusiasm for taking a lead role in the department of commerce
- Fluent in English and Russian
