HEAD OF COMPLIANCE AND ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT (F/M/D)

Business Resilience Function is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of transparency, managing enterprise risks, assuring business continuity, and overseeing Health & Safety topic on Group level. Business Resilience Function consists of two functional areas: Corporate Security along with Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management.

We are looking for the colleague who would join our team as Head of Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management and help to take care of compliance (including heath and safety) and enterprise risk management processes.

Your key areas of responsibilities will be to:

• Ensure the implementation of Group policies and principles of compliance area (including health and safety, personal data protection, inside information management) and enterprise risk management area (including business continuity and internal controls).
• Form unified principles across the Group companies for the implementation of the Third Energy Package Requirements, General Data Protection Requirements (GDPR), Market Abuse Regulations (MAR), Anti-money Laundering (AML) requirements, Regulation on Wholesale Energy Market Integrity, and Transparency (REMIT), Occupational Health and safety and other regulations applicable to Energy Sector in Lithuania and European Union.
• Coordinate the activities of Risk Management and Sustainability Committee of Group’s Supervisory Board.
• Actively participate in various projects and initiatives on Group level.
• Implement effective and innovative ways of organizing work in the functional area while leading the team.

• Have a degree in a University.
• Have 2+ years’ management experience.
• Have an experience in the fields of compliance, risk management or legal.
• Have leadership qualities, strategic and analytical thinking.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Lithuanian are required).
