Head of Data, Analytics & AI

Mikron is strengthening its IT leadership organization and building Data, Analytics & AI as a dedicated enterprise capability. We are looking for a Head of Data, Analytics & AI to shape how data and AI are governed, developed and used across the organization.
Reporting directly to the CIO, you will lead a small technical team and work across IT and business functions. This role combines strategic ownership with a practical, hands-on approach.
You will own enterprise Data, Analytics & AI capabilities, including platforms, governance, reusable data products, analytics services and AI foundations.
Key responsibilities:
• Define and lead the enterprise data, analytics and AI strategy and roadmap.
• Govern AI use cases from ideation to production, ensuring clear business value.
• Establish responsible AI guardrails covering security, privacy, traceability and human oversight.
• Lead adoption of generative AI, copilots, knowledge search and document intelligence capabilities.
• Ensure alignment with S/4HANA, Workday and enterprise application platforms.

What we are looking for:
• Strong leadership experience in Data, Analytics and AI.
• Experience governing AI and generative AI use cases from pilot to production.
• Strong stakeholder management and value realization mindset.
• Good understanding of responsible AI, privacy and security requirements.
• Practical, hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking.
• Strong English skills.
Nice to have:
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Power BI, Purview or Data Factory.
• Experience with SAP / SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of master data, metadata, lineage and data quality.
• Exposure to AI governance and enterprise AI use cases.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Workday data environments.
