Job Description
• Lead the establishment and development of a new Shared Services Centre that will provide services across the Baltic countries.
• Build strong partnerships with senior business leaders and act as a key member of the leadership team.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, standardization, and performance management.
• Inspire, coach, and develop managers and teams, creating an engaging and high-performing environment.
• Take ownership of service delivery, budgets, KPIs, governance, and continuous business improvement initiatives.
• Play a key role in shaping the future direction and growth of the SSC.

Requirements
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) and strong expertise in financial accounting, reporting, controls, cash flow management, audits, governance, risk, and compliance.
• Proven leadership experience within SSC, Finance Operations, or similar environments, including team management, budgets, KPIs, service delivery, and operational performance.
• Strong understanding of Group reporting, financial controls, corporate policies, and month-end/year-end processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.
• Experience working in an international, multi-country environment, ideally across the Baltics, with knowledge of local finance, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, people development, problem-solving, and change management skills, combined with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Experience with SSC setup or transformation, process standardization, ERP/finance systems implementation, or manufacturing/industrial environments would be considered an advantage.
• Fluent English; additional Baltic languages or Russian would be a plus.
