Job Description
We are looking for Interim Head of HR to drive Vinted’s People vision and team to success.
In this position, you will proactively drive strategic elements of People team vision in all current (Vilnius, Berlin, Warsaw, Prague; 150 employees) and future Vinted offices. Your main goal will be to drive People team members to success in the areas they cover - Talent attraction & Hiring, People learning & development, Compensation & Benefits, Co-working (including Office management). Your experience in leading teams is a must here.
You will be reporting to Vinted’s co-CEO. We expect you to have a proven experience in collaborating with Top management members directly.
To succeed in this position, you have to be result oriented, able to work in a fast-changing and multitasking environment, show owner’s mindset. You are eager to learn and to help us create a world-class HR in our international team.
Requirements
- Excellent people management skills - you have 4+ years of experience leading HR teams
- Deep understanding of HR, leadership and people management practices (experience in IT, startup industry experience is a bonus)
- Proven track record of successful HR strategy creation and implementation
- Proven track record of direct co-working with Top management
- Strong written and oral communication skills (English)
- Strong operational, project management skills
- Strong cultural and emotional awareness, empathy
- Result driven and owner’s mindset
